Components

Wire is the building block for a number of material solutions, but often it requires additional processing to reach peak performance. This is where components come into play. By using wire in custom mechanical assemblies, or by using Nitinol in shape-set parts, wire can take on new shapes and uses, opening up a world of possibilities.

Constructions

Complex constructions can provide a range of properties, from torque transmission to strength and flexibility, making them versatile assets in a number of end applications. By relying on DFT® composite wire, you can combine the beneficial properties of two materials in a single wire system. Constructions such as strands or cables allow you to increase strength or flexibility by creating different configurations, and HHS® tube offers torqueability with an open working channel.
